You can import grades from your Moodle gradebook directly into your SPIRE grade rosters whenever you want during the grade-entry period. You can find everything you need to import grades on Faculty Center page in SPIRE. To navigate to Faculty Center page, select Faculty Center on your SPIRE homepage.
