Update: The upgrade was completed at 11:27am and all Echo360 systems are operational.
On Saturday, February 18 at 10am, the AWS servers that Echo360 uses will undergo planned maintenance and upgrades. They have determined this is a low-usage point for the system for North America and will minimize user impact during the upgrade window.
Echo360 users accessing the platform at this time may experience connection and/or authentication errors while this maintenance is being performed but reconnection should occur automatically. An update will be posted on Echo360's status page once the maintenance has been completed.
