As of 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, September 28th, 2023, Moodle has reportedly resolved the issue of accessing Moodle in the Cloud (umass.moonami.com). Moodle engineers expect no further interruptions.

As of 7:05 a.m. on Thursday, September 28th, 2023, campus community members reported issues accessing Moodle in the Cloud (umass.moonami.com).

The vendor's engineers are currently investigating the reported issue. For further updates, please visit the incident report page.

Moodle in the Cloud is now available after an unplanned service interruption reported between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
