On Wednesday, July 14, 2021, courses hosted in Moodle in the Cloud experienced some access and availability issues.
Between 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., students and instructors may not have been able to access Moodle, were logged out of Moodle, or may have been temporarily unenrolled from their current course(s). These issues were temporary, and our technical teams resolved most of them by 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 14. We apologize for the disruption.
Moodle in the Cloud is now available, but some issues may persist. Please contact IT User Services (413-545-9400 or firstname.lastname@example.org) to report an issue or with any other questions or concerns.
